Located in the Cultural District in downtown, The Eliot Tower was John Carroll’s first move towards traditional condominium floor plans some of the units having completely demised bedrooms. The Eliot was a marriage between lofts and traditional condominiums; the development was a contrast to the open loft spaces typically found in the Pearl and a product that was quickly accepted by downsizing couples.
