Debbie Thomas originally started her Downtown Portland-based brokerage company in 1992, dealing exclusively in commercial transactions. Soon after, she saw the perfect opportunity just north of the Central Business District, in Portland’s Pearl District and in the neighborhood surrounding Northwest 23rd Avenue. This put the company at the forefront of the real estate boom in the Pearl.

While the company now includes a residential division, we have a strong presence and history in commercial real estate. Our commercial sales and leasing activity has totaled more than 1.5 million square feet of commercial development space, worth in excess of $300 million.
