Located just north of the Broadway Bridge, this project will feature 4 10-story buildings developed in two phases. Each phase will feature 2 buildings situated directly at the waterfront. The most striking architectural element will be a water feature between each building. The majority of units will be larger and have a view of the Willamette River. Floor plans are traditional and all units will have balconies or terraces. Interiors will feature engineered hardwood floors, carpeted bedrooms, European-style kitchen cabinets and appliances as well as slab stone kitchen counters. Live-work spaces or townhomes will be facing Naito Pkwy. Common elements include a steam room, and fitness center with high-quality cardio and resistance training equipment. The building also includes 24/7 concierge service, a well-appointed conference room, and a guest suite in each building. The project closings were halted for a while due to a construciton lien put on the project. It was resolved, but in the Summer of 2009, the building was sold and the new owner is in the process of selling the remainder of the unsold units. The unsold units will be marketed as lease-to-own, as well as sold. These units have not come back online yet.
