The Mosaic is 8-story mixed-use condominium building constructed of cast-in-place concrete and light-gauge steel framing. Designed by Myhre Group Architects. Features include ground floor retail, full-glass exterior walls and adjacent off-site parking. The Mosaic has 40 traditional and single level units. Unit amenities include hardwood floors, sandblasted concrete walls and ceilings, stainless steel appliances, storage, low voltage lighting, secured entry and terraces. All units feature floor to ceiling windows.
The Mosaic was one of the first buildings to take advantage of the floor area ratio (FAR) bonus provided by the City of Portland for installing an eco-roof. This additional FAR allowed for the construction of six additional units.
