The Portland Plaza is a 26 story building in downtown Portland. The Portland Plaza was designed by the firm of DMJM and was completed in 1973. It has been nicknamed "The Norelco Building" by Portlanders, as the silver and black facade and rounded triangular tower is reminiscent of an electric razor. The building consists of 144 units, which feature floor to ceiling windows and wonderful views of the city, river and mountains. Amenities including a swimming pool, fitness room, reading library, landscaped terraced decks, 24 hour security, putting green, party room, secured parking and concierge.
