Sasha Welford

Sasha concentrates on condominium developments exclusively marketed through Debbie Thomas Real Estate. Currently Sasha is working on The Westerly in the Nob Hill area of Northwest Portland. Her previous developments include several condominium conversion projects, University Park Condominiums in downtown Portland's Cultural Arts District, Hamilton Arms, and The Envoy Condominiums.

Prior to Debbie Thomas Real Estate, Sasha was in commercial property management overseeing operations of Acanta Mall in Guam.

Sasha spends her free time spoiling her dog Ben, taking long walks with her husband, looking at real estate and going to the gym.
