Caryl Brown

Caryl specializes in the sales and leasing of commercial properties for Debbie Thomas Real Estate, with a strong focus in The Pearl District. Caryl's ability to work diligently and well with landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers is enhanced by her twelve years of investment real estate experience, her background as a retail executive for a $14 billion retailer and her local experience with family owned businesses. Her experiences provide her the depth to recognize all the perspectives and dynamics of a conversation in Real Estate.

Caryl is a declared Candidate pursuing the highly prestigious C.C.I.M. (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. She is a member of both the State and National Chapter of C.C.I.M. Caryl is also a member of The Portland B.O.M.A. (Building Owners and Managers Association) and The National Association of Realtors.

Active in the community, Caryl is involved in fundraising for The Library Foundation's Summer Reading Program; is a member of The World Affairs Council, and a member of 'Young at Art' through The Portland Art Museum.
