Info: Debbie Thomas started her downtown Portland-based commercial brokerage company in 1992. Soon after, she saw a greater opportunity just north of Burnside in Portland's Pearl District and in the Northwest neighborhood surrounding NW 23rd Avenue. This put the company on the ground floor at the beginning of the boom in the Pearl.
Prior to founding the commercial and residential arm of DTRE, Debbie was Leasing and Marketing Director at Leavitt Shay Real Estate Services. She worked with her family's development company in Florida before moving to Portland to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration at Lewis & Clark College.
Debbie has been a member on the Pearl District Neighborhood Association, Portland Building Owners and Managers Association, a member of Portland Metropolitan Residential Board of Realtors and the Commercial Association of Realtors. Her favorite charities include the Oregon Humane Society, Loaves and Fishes, CHAP and Emanuel Children's Hospital.
In 2011, Debbie received an Orchid Award honoring Women of Influence.

Info: Alex brings an extensive background on mixed-use developments and urban properties, from his experience marketing new condominiums in and around Portland's Pearl District. Currently, The Westerly in Upper Northwest is near completion and selling out, with past projects including The Eliot Tower, Elizabeth Lofts, The Edge Lofts and 20th Avenue Townhomes.
He now focuses on commercial leasing and sales, including both landlord and tenant representation throughout Northwest, the Pearl District and downtown.
A Portland native, and graduate of the University of Oregon, Alex is deeply rooted in the northwest, and all that it has to offer. When not in the office, you can usually find him cycling in Portland's west hills, with the local club "Ten Guys Named Alex".

Info: Susan concentrates on new construction condominium developments exclusively marketed through Debbie Thomas Real Estate. Currently Susan is working on The Westerly in the Nob Hill area of Northwest Portland. Her previous developments include the Eliot Tower in downtown Portland's Cultural Arts District as well as The Edge and The Elizabeth, both in Portland's Pearl District.
Prior to Debbie Thomas Real Estate, Susan worked at Helix Architecture + Design initially as an interior designer and later as the Director of Marketing. Susan graduated with a degree in Interior Merchandising.
Susan spends her free time walking all over downtown with her dog Chuba, finding new restaurants to try with her husband Aijiro, Crossfit training, cooking and organizing everything from her workspaces to her purse.
